Resale/ Stealing content

I don't condone the resale of MY products. Please do not steal my pictures, videos, flyers or products made by me with out my permission.

How long is shipping?

Orders can take up to 4-7 days to be processed. After your order is processed it will be shipped out & will arrive in 3-5  business days. Delayed shipping times will be posted on our instagram story. ( @3xclusivetingz._ )

Refunds 

We have a NO refund policy. Refunds will only be issued if we're at fault.

Additional Information

When placing an order please make sure the address is correct! If your package gets sent back due to insufficient address, please be aware you will be charged the shipping fee again to get it reshipped. 

We are not responsible for delayed or damaged orders. How ever, if your package arrives damaged & you let us know within 24hrs of receiving your package we will be able to offer you a refund in store credit to replace damaged products.

 Once your order is hands of USPS there isn't anything we can do about it. If your order says "delivered", but you didn't receive it, please file a claim with USPS.
